I came on board with NIS in 2011 when I purchased a dental practice. The dentist before me had been using NIS for about a decade. The transition was seamless and they have been helping me ever since.

My problems have always been specific to my dental software and making sure the newest operating systems are compatible. NIS has always been there for me to make upgrades as smooth as possible to both my hardware and software. More recently I have entrusted them to make sure my data is safe and backed up several different ways, so I am never down for more than an hour or two.

NIS has always been on top of their game. Recently, they have established a more streamlined way of addressing problems and taking care of things remotely in a very timely fashion. This has been extremely helpful. Often, they respond via email after hours and even contact me on weekends if something is wrong with my network.

There is always someone to talk to via phone or email. I feel very confident that my best interests are always in mind with NIS.
